I'm thrilled to report that I am one of 10 finalists in the 2008 Songwriter Showcase at Folks Fest in Lyons, CO. I am a regular at this festival, attending the Song School and Festival for more than 10 years now. I love this place and am honored to be in the running!

We've got more big news over here at the Smith Camp. My latest album, Gravedigger's Boy, is reviewed in the spring issue of Sing Out! Magazine. It doesn't get much better than that.

Sing Out! is the best folk music magazine out there and has been my favorite since I was a kid. Getting into the pages is a huge thrill for me. Check out the full review on the press page and go out and pick up the spring issue of Sing Out! today.
